The 6 / 4 - AH(R) Horizontal Centrifugal Slurry Pump is cantilevered,horizontal,centrifugal slurry pump.They are designed for handling abrasive or corrosive slurry in the metallurgical,mining,coal,power,building material and other industrial departments etc.

The shaft seal type of the pump has a packing seal, an impeller seal, and a mechanical seal.

The shaft seal type of the slurry pump mainly has a packing seal and a secondary impeller seal. The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and is generally used in the case of press-in ore feeding, but the ore pressure value is not more than Pump outlet pressure value is 10%. This type of seal can be used without shaft seal water (by the oil cup on the pump body to regularly add grease), without diluting the slurry; however, it will increase the power consumption (generally about 5% of the rated power).

Packing seal is a common type of shaft seal. It is suitable for various working conditions. It can be matched with special materials such as PTFE filler and graphite filler. It can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. However, it is necessary to add shaft sealing water, and sufficient water pressure and water volume should be ensured. The shaft sealing water pressure is 35 kPa (0.35 kg/cm2) of the pump outlet pressure, and the shaft sealing water quantity depends on the size of the bracket.

The slurry pump can also be mechanically sealed, and the sealing effect is good, but the cost is high, and the shaft must be sealed as required.

Transmission mode:

V-type V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency drive, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, the V-shaped V-belt drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR transmission.

This series of horizontal slurry adopts the same series of transmission parts, including bracket and bearing assembly. The pump shaft has large diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bend and vibrate under severe working conditions. The bearing is different according to the power of the transmission. Heavy-duty single-row or double-row tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings can be used to withstand the large axial and radial loads of the pump. The bearings can be lubricated with oil or thin oil according to the bearing box structure, and the ends of the bearing body have sealed ends. The cover, the labyrinth sleeve and the labyrinth ring can be used to prevent dirt such as pulp from entering the bearing, ensuring that the bearing can operate safely and has a long life.
